Ferris State University (FSU) is seeking responses from Professional Service Organizations (PSO) to a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide Professional Pre-Construction and Construction Management Services associated with Small Capital Projects, and Capital Renewal Deferred Maintenance (CRDM) Projects under $5,000,000 located on the Big Rapids & Grand Rapids campuses. Upon award of a project, the PSO will work in close cooperation with FSU, and any design consultants, to complete Pre-Construction Services and Construction Management Services. FSU reserves the right to reject any PSO's qualifications either in its entirety or in parts, received as a result of this RFP. FSU reserves the right to award an agreement(s) to PSO(s) deemed in the best interest for FSU. Any award of agreement(s) by FSU for Professional Pre-Construction and Construction Management Services associated with the Small Capital Projects, and Capital Renewal Deferred Maintenance (CRDM) Projects under $5,000,000 located on the Big Rapids & Grand Rapids campuses will be for a three (3) year period. FSU reserves the option to negotiate a one-, two- or three-year extension of the agreement(s) after the original three-year agreement(s) has expired. FSU reserves the right, on any specific project, to eliminate all, or portions of any, Professional Pre-Construction and Construction Management Services as described in this RFP. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
