Renovation of a municipal facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
* No bid amount to be released for publication. REAL seeks proposals in response to this RFP from a qualified, experienced company to provide labour, equipment, materials, fuel, transportation, overhead and all that is necessary for the provision of completing the work associated to Removal, Disposal, Supply & Install of Digital Signage at REAL that have high standards of workmanship and adequate resources to enable the completion of the Deliverables and other additional services in a responsive and cost-effective manner. This scope of work covers the removal, disposal, and supply and installation of the digital sign located in front of the Cooperators building located on Campus at 1700 Elphinstone Street, Regina, SK. Specifications for the new sign is as follows: Height and width is approximately 17' x 25' and needs to be similar +/-5% of the size IP66 or better rating Dot pitch 5mm to 8mm Video processor to output to HDMI Compatible with Cisco Vision Edge or Rise Vision software Minimum 8000 nits An automatic light sensor to detect day/night, etc. Minimum refresh rate would be 3840hz Temperature ratings of -45 to 70 Celsius Must be CSA approved Minimum 3-year manufacturing warranty on displays with Onsite Support Antiglare technology For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFP Contact" will be: REAL, Procurement Email: procurement@REAL1884.ca Question Deadline 11/22/2024
