This is an invitation by Regina Roman Catholic Separate School Division No. 81 to prospective proponents for the Asbestos Abatement, Demolition and Site Clearance Services of the former Holy Rosary Elementary School (3118 14th Ave ) and the adjacent Catholic Education Centre (2160 Cameron Street). Both buildings are currently vacant. The successful Contractor(s) will be expected to provide all tools, transportation, labor, and equipment necessary to perform the required duties. The overall objective of this project is to remove all hazardous material, structures, debris, site components, etc. and to leave the ground empty, level, and ready for future development.
