The Lammersville Unified School District ("District") is issuing a Request for Proposals ("RFP") from Lease-Leaseback ("LLB") entities prequalified to provide to the District construction services for the construction of the Elementary Campuses and District Support Facilities Project in three phases of improvements on three sites: Construction of new elementary school campus J; construction of district support facilities; and construction of new elementary school campus K. District support facilities may include administrative offices, field house, and/or sports fields. Prequalification is required for this project. The Scope of Work for the Project consists of the following: o Phase I (Neighborhood J Elementary School): construction of new elementary school campus consisting of four classroom buildings, a multi-use building, and an administration/library/kindergarten building, covered walkways, shade structure, and associated site work. All buildings are single story, and total 68,000 square feet. o Phase II (District Support Facilities): May include construction of district administrative office space (up to 10,000 square feet), field house to support athletic fields (up to 2,000 square feet), and/or construction of approximately 6 acres of sports fields. o Phase III (Neighborhood K Elementary School): construction of new elementary school campus consisting of four classroom buildings, a multi-use building, and an administration/library/kindergarten building, covered walkways, shade structure, and associated site work.
