Prequalification of General Contractors, Mechanical Contractors and Electrical Contractors. Southlake Regional Health Centre (Southlake) and their procurement administrator, Mohawk Medbuy Corporation (MMC), invite qualified general contractors, general mechanical contractors and general electrical contractors to forward requests for prequalification. Southlake and MMC are seeking to satisfy the following objectives in issuing the RFSQ: - Prequalify general, electrical and mechanical contractors to bid competitively for various projects in a Second Stage Process and ultimately signing a modified CCDC 2 (2020) Stipulated Price Contract, including Supplementary Conditions or a Purchase Order from Southlake; - Prequalify Proponents for the provision of contractor and related construction services; - Achieve the best solution for the needs of the Southlake; and, - Enhance customer satisfaction and improvements in services The RFSQ close is December 10, 2024 at 02:00:00 PM and Proponents are required to submit the responses online on Bonfire. RFSQ documents are available on the Bonfire site (https://medbuy.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities).
