Renovation of a medical facility in Brantford, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Merit Contractors Niagara Ltd. have been retained by Brant Community Health Systems to act as their Construction Manager for this project. BCHS and the Ministry of Health have mandated that we provide fair and equal opportunity to tender this project. Merit Contractors Niagara Ltd. are requesting interested trade contractors to provide their prequalification information for the following divisions of work associated with this project. - Excavation and Backfill for New foundations. - Civil Work - Decommission CSP tunnel including Excavation, Backfill, Grouting of Tunnel. - Helical Piles. - Concrete Foundations & Reinforcing Steel. - Structural Steel Pipe Bridges. - Mechanical. - Electrical. Project estimated construction budget is approximately $3,000,000 with an anticipated construction commencement in the Spring of 2025.
