This project is to replace two HVAC packaged rooftop units at the City of Wooster Water Recovery Resource Facility (WRRF). The project includes associated mechanical and electrical work. Location- 1123 Old Columbus Rd Wooster, OH 44691 This project is to replace two existing hvac packaged rooftop units. in addition to the mechanical work, this replacement will require work of general trades and electrical trades. anticipated work summary is as follows: [a] the recovery &c disposal of existing rooftop unit's refrigerant [b] the electrical power disconnect from mechanical equipment [c] removal / demolition of existing rooftop units [d] painting of gas piping & structural steel above roof (both existing & new) [e] installation of new rooftop units [f] installation & modification of new sheet metal ductwork & fuel gas piping [g] electrical power modifications and connections to new mechanical equipment [h] start-up and commissioning of new systems Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same, and be accompanied by a bidding bond or a certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid price as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance secured OR provide a contract bond for 100% of the bid amount.
