Project Description: This project includes the installation of four new traffic signal pole foundations and signal poles and arms at the intersection of W. Liberty Street, W. Bowman Street, Mechanicsburg Road, and Old Mansfield Road. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Wayne County and the City of Wooster, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project.
