The Counseling Center of Wayne and Holmes Counties invites sealed bids from prospective contractors for the construction of a Mental Health Residential Stabilization Facility, a 11,938 SF, wood studs/slab-ongrade, one-story facility with offices, community space, living areas, and 16 individual sleeping units at 1785 Akron Rd, Wooster, Ohio 44691. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount (including any alternates), made payable to The Counseling Center of Wayne and Holmes Counties All bids shall be based on the products and systems specified. Questions and requests for substitutions shall be submitted to the Architect’s office not later than 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 6, 2024. The Counseling Center of Wayne and Holmes Counties reserves the right to cancel any solicitation and to accept or reject in whole or in part any bid for good cause when it is in the best interest of The Counseling Center of Wayne and Holmes Counties.
