The Board of County Commissioners of Wayne County, Ohio, will accept sealed bids for the: WAYNE COUNTY JAIL TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES All questions must be submitted via email to the individual named above. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that all emails are sent and received. Bidders shall submit two copies of their Bid Proposal in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked: RFP - WAYNE COUNTY JAIL TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES. Printed copies and/or USB digital will be accepted and all forms provided in the Invitation to Bid are to be completed in entirety. Wayne County is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. The permanent address for the Services is the Wayne County Detention Center, located at 201 West North Street, Wooster, Ohio 44691.
