Site work for a civil project in Navarre, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of: The construction of a three-pump booster pump station including: The construction of a 1,370 square foot concrete block building with wood truss and metal roof including structural foundation to accommodate pumps and piping. The supply and installation of three vertical turbine pumps and associated suction and discharge piping, The supply and installation of electrical components and controls for the booster pumps and building systems. The supply and construction of extensive pipe piping and appurtenances to connect the facility to the supply and discharge systems and to control flow. Site work to accommodate the construction of the items above. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any bid informalities, and to re-advertise for bids when deemed in their best interest. Only Electronic Documents (pdfs) of the BID DOCUMENTS may be obtained from the Engineer, which are for free via e-mail. All potential bidders are required to be REGISTERED as plan holders, which may be completed by contacting the Engineer via e-mail and requesting to be on the plan bidders list. The invitation to the pre-bid meeting will be automatically sent to all registered plan holders.
