Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Brant Lake, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
As of August 2025, the project is on indefinite hold and requires funding. The proposed work involves providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the following: Cutting and removal of the existing metal roof fascia system and constructing a new fascia utilizing a new metal covered wood fascia system with edge trim. Any damaged or deteriorated wood materials uncovered during demolition shall be replaced in kind. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis for this scope of work and shall be valid for 90 days after the date of the bid opening. A more detailed scope of work can be found on Drawing A-1 which can be retained from the Town Clerk Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. A site visit is encouraged. Sealed envelopes to be marked ROOF FASCIA REPAIRS . THE TOWN BOARD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS.
