Bids are invited for processed sand of a quality acceptable to the Highway Superintendent for highway purposes. The bidder is responsible for removal of any overburden including but not limited to trees, brush, and debris. Sand is to be loaded by the supplier and removed by employees of the Town of Horicon from the real property of any potential bidder during the year of 2026. Bids shall be submitted by the cubic yard and/or by the ton. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked "SAND BID-PROCESSED." The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
