Clark Contractors Will Be Accepting Sealed Bids for the Construction of a New Nursing and Stem Building Located at the Campus of East Central University. The Scopes That Will Be Bidding for Award at This Time Are Listed Below: * Earthwork and Site Demolition * Storm Drainage and Site Utilities * Rammed Aggregate Piers * Building and Site Concrete * Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection * Elevator * Fire Protection * Hvac * Plumbing * Electrical A Bid Bond Shall Accompany the Sealed Proposal of Each Bidder in Excess of $50,000. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Within Sixty (60) Days After the Date of Bid Opening Stated Above. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities in the Bidding. This Project is Tax Exempt.
