Tribal Orphaned Wells Environmental Project We're looking for each task to be fulfilled for this project, if unable to provide pricing for a task please respond with N/A. These wells will be located within the Chickasaw Nation territory within Carter and Pontotoc County (subject to additional locations). Please provide total price and price per well. Responsible for conducting the actual data overlay and mapping of all plugged wells. Additionally, they will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring clear objectives and ensuring the scope of work aligns to the purpose of the grant. Data reports will be analyzed on all tract land with oil and gas well activity. The contractor(s) have access to detailed wells reports and can obtain data outside of the database of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) which includes information on non-solvent operators Responsible to train CN staff on the collection of methane measurements and soil testing. CN staff will accompany the land technician on site to develop guidelines and best practices around orphaned and plugged well standards. Field staff will provide the CN with photos and detailed reports on equipment's usage to find wells and will assist in a program guideline workbook. Onsite trainings will also be completed for methodologies geared towards land or courthouse documentation, detection, or measurement practices. In depth research on well data can be utilized with this part of the funding. This contractor cost is estimated based on previous CN projects. Must have experience in restricted and trust land, as well as tribal oil, gas leases, soil and air quality, and water testing. Responsible for meeting with the CN for the development of trainings and skills for accessing a well-site review. Training will cover oil and gas operations, lease documents, phase 1 overview and GIS land research. Best practices will be put in place, as well as collaboration on oil and gas guidelines or codes for the Legal Sales and Services Organization, Inc. (LSSO) office to follow in carrying out the orphaned well program. Training and guidelines will be completed with details on oil and gas well equipment, methane detection and safety devices used in the oil and gas industry. Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) GF77 gun training will also be a part of this training and completed virtually.
