Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Germanton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project includes the construction of a multi-modal trail system located at Horizons Park in Germanton, NC. Scope of work and services provided shall be as depicted on the provided drawings/documents, but not limited to: erosion control, grading, surveying, tree removal, trail construction, retaining wall construction, asphalt parking lot construction, site amenities installation, seeding/landscaping/grading. Bidders must be properly licensed as required by Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. A 5% Bid Bond is required at time of bid. 100% Performance & Payment Bonds will be required of the awarded contractor. Technical questions concerning this bid should be submitted electronically to Catherine Knisley at catherinek@cityofws.org. End of Question period is 5:00 PM, December 3, 2024. The M/WBE subcontracting goals for this project are 10% cumulatively. Forsyth County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Interested bidders are required to reach out directly to the Owner to obtain a set of the bidding documents.
