Construction of Waynesboro City Hall Public Parking Improvements No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of thirty (30) days The work shall consist of furnishing all products and equipment and performing all labor necessary to perform the following: The work to be done shall consist of providing all materials and performing all labor necessary but not limited to rehabilitate the existing Waynesboro City Hall parking lot including installing 6 EV charging stations, risers, 8 concrete dumpster pad, 165 lb/SY of 9.5 mm mix asphalt, asphalt leveling, curb and gutter, curb stops, and striping. Time allotted for completion of work is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashiers check in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid Funding is to be provided by the American Rescue Act Plan Fund and the City of Waynesboro. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming bids.
