Fueling Center Reconstruction at Municipal Service Center Pursuant to Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code and other applicable law, the City of Bryan (the "City") is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified Offerors interested in providing construction services in connection with the construction of Fueling Center Reconstruction at Municipal Service Center Project Scope: The City anticipates the scope of work for the Project to consist of the following responsibilities and the following items: o Canopy Structure Light Fixtures Concrete Pavement Repair 2,700-gallon aboveground DEF tank 30,000-gallon underground diesel fuel tank 30,000-gallon underground fuel tank (24,000-gallon unleaded and 6,000-gallon diesel) Fuel dispenser with RFID reader, pumps, conduit and related piping o Software integration, programming and startup services Location: The Project is located on Waco St., inside of Municipal Service Center Question Deadline 11/26/2024 at 10:00 AM CT In order to ensure a fair and public process, all questions related to this Request for Proposals shall be addressed in writing, via electronically. AWARD OF CONTRACT The City shall award the Proposal to obtain the best value to the City. Proposals will be reviewed for quality and completeness. These proposals will be scored by the selection committee based on the scoring criteria listed in the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals. The City's determination of best value determination may be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the following: (a) the purchase price, including payment discount terms; (b) the reputation of the Proposer and of the Proposer's goods or services; (c) the quality of the Proposer's goods or services; (d) the extent to which the goods or services meet the City's needs; (e) the Proposer's past relationship with the City; (f) the impact on the ability of the City to comply with laws and rules relating to contracting with historically underutilized businesses and nonprofit organizations employing persons with disabilities; (g) the total long-term cost to the City to acquire the Proposer's goods or services; and (h) any relevant criteria specifically listed in this Proposal document.
