Site work for a water / sewer project in Shakespeare, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes approximately: - Mobilization/demobilization of construction facilities, materials, equipment, plant and personnel necessary to perform the work. - Site work including earth excavation, fill and compaction. - Directional drilling of raw watermain and communications duct. - Construction of a new Water Treatment and Pumphouse Building with an underground storage reservoir (9.0 m x 13.0 m) - Procurement and installation of pre-selected equipment: - Arsenic treatment system supplied by Napier Reid Ltd. - Pumps supplied by Interpump Supply Ltd. a division of Summit Water. - Standby diesel generator set supplied by Sommers Motor Generator Sales Ltd. - Supply and installation of specified piping, valves, pressure tanks, appurtenances, etc. - Supply and installation of Motor Control Center(s), Variable Frequency Drive(s), electrical ductbanks, etc. - Supply and installation of monitoring and control systems. - Associated structural, mechanical, electrical, control and site works. - Plant start-up and commissioning.
