The scope of work for the automated lift-up barrier gate procurement includes the supply and installation of automated lift-up barrier gates with optional solar power and cellular connectivity at one Toronto and Region Conservation Authority park, Albion Hills Conservation Park. The gates must provide sufficient coverage to prevent unauthorized vehicle entry and include sensors for vehicle detection, enabling automated opening for exiting vehicles. Additionally, the gates should feature programming capabilities to automatically open and close at set times, and the contractor must ensure all associated electrical and network connectivity work is completed. Finally, training for TRCA staff on gate operation and maintenance, as well as a comprehensive site clean-up post-installation, are required.
