Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Hot Springs, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Single Prime sealed proposals will be received by Madison County Government (Owner) for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of: Spring Creek Community Center - Phase 3 Renovations 13075 NC-209 Hot Springs, NC 28743 The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Providing services to prepare the property and current building for renovations to the Phase 3 area including, but not limited to: grading the area, removing and reinstalling windows, placing any necessary water, sewer, gas, electrical, and HVAC connections, and conducting interior renovations (~4,000 SF) to provide classroom, rentable and flexible office space, and a valueadded kitchen space meeting the specifications herein. All work is in the Contract for General Construction. All proposals shall be lump sum per the bid form. The Owner reserves the right to award additional prime contracts which may be performed concurrently with the construction. It is anticipated that the contractor be instructed to commence work in/by mid-April 2025 and be completed within 240 consecutive calendar days. Project is to be substantially completed, as described in the General Conditions and ready for Owner occupancy.
