Renovation of an educational facility in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Horney Building 103 Airport Drive Chapel Hill, NC 27599 919-609-7080 This project involves the replacement of 16 RTUs for graduate student family housing buildings along with re-routing some ductwork in the attic and vent pipes on the roof for select buildings. Select buildings will also have the RTUs re-located with supplementary structural work.There are a total of 8 buildings with 2 RTUs per building. The units operate as DOAS units. The project will involve craning the old units off the roof and placing the new ones on. Craning hours and plans with be carefully coordinated with UNC to ensure safety of all people in the complex. Bids will be received for Single Prime. All proposals shall be lump sum. The Owner reserves the unqualified right to waive any informalities or reject any and all proposals.
