Renovation of an educational facility in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 1,500-square-foot educational facility.
Neurosciences Research Building - First Floor Upgrades (CIP-25110) Project Budget $1,500,000 The former cagewash area on the first floor of Neurosciences Research Building is not currently utilized following construction activities from a prior capital project to renovate the second floor for a new cagewash area. Both DCM and SOM would like to renovate this first-floor area of approximately 1,500 sf, to create additional vivarium lab animal research spaces. The current project is authorized for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the university's option.
