Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Great Falls, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,816-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

Question shall be submitted in writing to both Alliance and LS3P by November 26th @ 5:00 pm Listed on the national register of historic places, and constructed in the early 1900s, the historic building will be revitalized to become the new visitor center for the Town of Great Falls. The intent is to repurpose the building while preserving and utilize the existing historic structure. On the first floor the building will include an event space, restrooms, stairs to upper level and an elevator. The second floor will consist of an exhibit space for visitors, private office spaces, meeting room, storage rooms, and warming kitchen. The total gross square footage of the building is 9,315 square feet. new wood stud walls to create new spaces, new windows, revised storefront entrances on the South and East walls, a new poured concrete porch and ADA compliant ramp to service the South entrance, elevator, revised code compliant stairs, new sprinkler fire suppression system throughout and a new shingle roof. Type of Contract: Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
