Perform work for the Grunin Lobby Expansion in accordance with the construction drawings and specifications titled "Building #11 Grunin Center Lobby Expansion" issued by DRG Architects dated 10/25/2024. The list of items below is meant to point out the major work items for this project. However, this list is not all-inclusive of all required work. Please refer to the construction documents included in this Request for Bid for the work. Issue submittals for approval by Architect and Owner. Issue drawings to obtain all applicable permits with Toms River Township. Perform all site improvements and install utilities Construct the foundation, framing, roofing and all other interior/exterior disciplines per plan for the expansion and renovation portions of the project. The scope of work for the renovation areas must be completed by 7/28/2025 as there are performances scheduled in the main theater immediately thereafter. Protect site from surrounding building, sidewalks and pedestrian walkways.
