Purchasing Agent for the Ocean County Board of Health will receive sealed proposals, pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. at 175 Sunset Avenue, Toms River, NJ 08754 as follows: RFP TITLE: ENGINEERING SERVICES The Ocean County Board of Health is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq, and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. regarding Affirmative Action, the disclosure of investment activities in Iran requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:3255 et seq. and the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11 et seq. Proposals that arrive late due to the fault of postal or any delivery/courier service, or any other carrier of any sort, are still considered late and shall not be accepted. Such proposals shall remain unopened and will be returned to the submitting entity upon request. All questions must be sent in writing to purchasing@ochd.org before 4:00 pm on Monday, November 18, 2024. Questions will not be answered over the phone.
