Completed plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Construction Manager at Risk RFQ includes: Pre-construction services and construction services. Arlington Independent School District ("Arlington ISD", "the District" or "AISD") will engage several qualified firms to provide construction manager-at-risk services for the 2019 Bond Program Phase II, Project 2, Bid Package 2 for Wilemon Field Additions and Renovations Project and Phase III, Project 6, Bid Package 2 Cravens Field Additions and Renovations Project, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications. The District will use the "Two Step process" for this procurement. In "Step One" the District will evaluate each submission based solely on qualifications. After completion of the "Step One" process the District may request that five or fewer offerors for each project provide additional information, including construction manager-at-risk fee and its price for fulfilling the general conditions. NO MONETARY SUBMISSIONS ARE ALLOWED IN RESPONSE TO THIS RFQ. Any explanation, clarification, or interpretation desired by a proposing firm regarding any part of the RFQ must be requested in writing from the Purchasing Department and received on or before November 14, 2024, at 10:00a.m. Please reference RFQ#25-23 in the subject line of your communication. No verbal responses will be provided. All questions will be answered in writing and will be issued via addendum and respondents shall acknowledge receipt of and incorporate each addendum in its submission. The District reserves the right to utilize responses to this RFQ for the purpose of acquiring CMAR services funded through other sources. Firms ("respondents", "proposers") desiring to participate in this RFQ process shall respond with a sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and submit in accordance with the instructions contained in this RFQ. Only one SOQ submittal will be accepted per firm, either as a single prime firm or as part of a joint venture. SOQs will NOT be publicly opened. NOTE: Late SOQs will NOT be accepted.
