State Project No. 2024-890-8P477 SPK00220.03.30.69 / 8P477 This project is Targeted Group (TG) Economically Disadvantaged (ED) Veteran-Owned preference and has a 1% (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goal established. SUMMARY OF WORK: The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Demolish existing sanitation building, slab and foundation system. 2. Construct new seasonal shower building, including all related equipment, appurtenances, and utility installations. 3. Upgrade surrounding site area at new building location to provide landscaping, parking and accessible routes to and around building. 4. Cap existing well. 5. Coordination with Electrical Company. The project shall be substantially complete within 365 calendar days from and including the date of the Final Notification to Proceed. Final completion of the work will be within 395 calendar days from and including the date of the Final Notification to Proceed.
