The West and East elevators in the Washington Avenue Ramp (WAR) are in need of modernization, including elevator, architectural, electrical and mechanical work to upgrade to current elevator code. The University has retained McMonigal Architects to complete Construction Documents. The University is seeking a Contractor to provide all construction services. The Design Development documents are the basis for Lump Sum pricing in this RFP; costs will be reconciled when the 100% Construction Documents are complete on December 20, 2024. It is our intent that the award of this scope to a Contractor will include an award to an elevator contractor to immediately begin Work on building surveys and shop drawings to meet the schedule demands.
