Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Cordell, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Each separate proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond equal to 5% of the bid made payable to the order of the City of New Cordell, as a proposal guaranty. Proposal checks will be held or returned by the City. Upon the contract being awarded to the successful bidder, the contractor is required to fully and accurately execute the contract. The executed contract must be submitted to the City within five (5) working days from the date of the award. Subsequently, the City will have a period of ten (10) working days from the date of the award to finalize its execution of the contract The City of New Cordell hereby informs all potential bidders that it is committed to ensuring that, in any contract resulting from this advertisement, disadvantaged business programs will have equal opportunities to submit bids in response to this invitation. Additionally, these programs will not face discrimination based on race, color, sex, religion, or national origin in the award consideration process. The City of New Cordell retains the right to decline any and all proposals.
