6-Month Bids for Road & Bridge Materials The Board of County Commissioners of Washita County is requesting sealed bids for 6-month bids for road & bridge materials within the provided bid packet. Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided by the county. Additional documentation pertaining to the bid may be attached, if needed. The Board of County Commissioners of Washita County has voted to accept written bids only (19 O.S. 1505 B.2). Unit prices will be guaranteed correct by the bidder. Firm prices will be F.O.B. destination. Purchases by Washita County, Oklahoma, are not subject to state or federal taxes. This bid is submitted as a legal offer and any bid when accepted by the County constitutes a firm contract. Oklahoma laws require each bidder submitting a bid to a county for goods or services to furnish a notarized sworn statement of non-collusion. Bids will be firm until 06/30/2025.
