(LPMD) and Evergreen Devco (Evergreen) are requesting Bid Proposals for the construction of a new extension of Crossing Drive, a public roadway, within the Clear Creek Crossing master development located in Wheat Ridge, CO. Project Scope of Work The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to: (a) Demolition of existing improvements and protection in place of existing improvements; (b) Ongoing traffic control; (c) New grading, utilities, curb & gutter, asphalt & concrete paving, sidewalks, medians, street lights, irrigation & landscaping & fire hydrants; (d) Coordination with Evergreen on an Owner supplied amenities package; (e) Coordination with Dry Utility Companies; (f) All necessary dust control, cleaning & storm water management. If no additional questions are required, LPMD intends to issue a Notice of Award on or around December 20, 2024 and work to execute a contract within 10 working days. Announcement of Award of Contract shall be made to all Bidders. Construction is to commence no later than 10 working days following execution of contract. A detailed critical-path schedule will be due from the Bidder within 5 working days from the Notice of Award. All critical milestone dates and overall schedule duration shall be included as part of the executed contract. All Bid RFIs shall be communicated in writing using the provided Bid RFI form. No phone calls or emails shall be sent directly to the Engineer of Record or any other design consultant.
