The Douglas Unified School District, #27 is requesting proposals for a Wide Area Network to support existing and anticipated instructional and administrative needs of the District between the (Hub) and the locations identified in the scope of work. The District is seeking a high reliability solution and will accept land based Optical Ethernet proposals. DUSD is seeking proposals for one of two options. Offerors may respond to one or both options. A fully managed, 'lit' service WAN with pricing at the required bandwidth levels outlined in the Scope of Work. A Dark Fiber solution that includes fiber maintenance and operations. This contract is intended to be effective from award through FY 2029-30, effective upon vendor contract acceptance and the issuance of a Purchase Order. If the service acceptance date is after July 1, the contract term may be reduced to expire with the end of the fiscal year at the discretion of the District. The Parties agree that this contract may be renewed at the initiative and option of the District for up to four (4) additional years in increments of one year or less, not to exceed a total of 120 months. Douglas Unified School District, #27 will provide a (60) day notice to renew or terminate this contract. Question Deadline 12/02/2024 at 12:00 PM MT Questions shall be submitted in electronically.
