Pursuant to A.R.S. 41-2578 and 41-2580, the Arizona Department of Administration, General Services Division (the State), invites interested contractors to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services. The State is seeking a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for completion of the Fire Suppression Systems Upgrade ASPC - Douglas - Construction Manager at Risk. The selected contractor, the Arizona Department Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) and the A/E Design Team (Design Professional) will use a team approach on this project.
