The project RIC-TR32-0.17 consists of a bridge replacement with a 14'8" x 4'1" aluminum box culvert on Mock Road in Perry Township, Richland County, Ohio. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties making the same and all persons interested therein, and be accompanied, pursuant to Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, by a satisfactory BID GUARANTY: either a BID BOND or a BID AND PERFORMANCE PAYMENT BOND executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount for each individual proposal, or by a certified check, cashier's check, or a letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount for each individual proposal, payable to Perry Township Board of Trustees as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into. All work must be completed on or before August 29, 2025.
