Sealed bids for the construction of a storm network on and around W Chestnut St and W Broad St Estimated Contract Value: $300K to $350K A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Dallastown Borough in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be deposited by each bidder with their bid. Question Deadline 11/26/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Online Portal. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. The Council of Dallastown Borough hereby authorize Herbert, Rowland, & Grubic, Inc. to act on their behalf by opening bids. Bids will be accepted and contracts awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Dallastown Borough based on the recommendations of the Project Engineer. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The date by which Substantial Completion must be achieved is February 24,2025, and the date by which readiness for final payment must be achieved is April 28, 2025. The Dallastown Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
