Reference Number 0000370373 The City of Santa Clara is seeking proposals for the purchase of three high voltage transformers plus up to three optional units of three-phase, three-winding transformers, with separate wye-wye connected primary and secondary windings, and a tertiary winding: 33.6/44.8/56 MVA (ONAN/ONAF/ONAF), 60kV +/- 2 x 2.5% DETC, 12kV +/- 16 x 0.625% OLTC, Power Transformer Vendor/Manufacturer shall provide a turn-key solution inclusive of transformer design; fabrication; factory assembly; factory acceptance testing; disassembly; transport to site; assembly at site; testing and commissioning at the site; and all parts, materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the complete fabrication and installation of a fully operable transformer in compliance with the final transformer technical specification and final approved shop drawings.
