Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Seatac, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
Statement of Work: Concrete and asphalt pavement replacement, and utility improvements in various locations on the Airfield at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The Engineer's estimate range for this project is $45M - $70M. Time limit, for substantial completion of the work is 489 calendar days. The WMBE utilization goal is 12% for this contract. Mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of the construction contract. Workforce diversity goals for this apprentice participation are identified in the Section 01 32 45 Apprenticeship Program. Bidders may contact the Department, ofLabor & Industries, Apprenticeship Section, to obtain information on avai lable apprenticeship programs. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
