1. A new approximately 18,915 square foot, two-story fire and weight training facility on a site near an existing high school. 2. Construction of a new outdoor dining commons with open-air canopy. 3. Minor interior renovations to include collaboration space, testing and cheer/ wrestling room, and converting convenience corridors to storage rooms. PLEASE NOTE: Grading and site utilities construction under separate contract with Owner. The new Fire and Weight Facility addition construction in includes two gang restrooms, one family restroom. Construction includes slab on grade, CMU, brick, stone and precast veneer, Structural steel, fire sprinkler, sheetrock and acoustical ceilings, HM frames with HM and wood doors, storefront, acoustical panels, Epoxy and vinyl tile flooring, lockers, single ply and standing seam metal roofing, single package heat pumps and outside air package heat pump, a graphics package, overhead doors, weight room equipment and casework. Interior renovations include a new Collaboration space and storage rooms renovations. The site work includes a parking lot renovations, water and sewer lines, an outdoor dining area, canopies, fencing, and turf.
