Certification of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Osha) Training Required. 10.4 % Mbe/wbe Participation Required. General Bidders Must Be Certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance for the Category of Electrical. All Bids for This Project Are Subject to the Provisions of All Applicable Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149 Laws as Amended, and Other Applicable Massachusetts General Laws. 10.4 % MBE/WBE participation required The Town of Barnstable Reserves the Right to Waive Any Formalities, to Reject Any or All Bids or Waive Any Formalities That Appear to Be in the Best Interest of the Town.
