Moline Housing Authority will receive sealed bids for a Project named Spring Valley Roof Replacement and Repairs. 11 th Avenue Court, Moline, Illinois 61265 Contractors that do not submit a bid will not be refunded their deposit. Checks should be made payable to 1919 Architects, P.C. If it is desired for bid packets to be shipped to bidder, a separate non-refundable check shall be made payable to 1919 Architects, P.C. in the amount of $25 or a valid UPS or FedEx account number shall be provided. Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount of not less than 5% of the base bid shall be submitted with each bid.
