Construction of a birth centre in Kuujjuaq for the region of Ungava. TIMELINE: Request for proposals for engineering services (# RRSSSN-2502) to complete design and monitor construction work is closed. Reference # 20070084. Proposals are under review. Contract for architectural services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance has been awarded following request for proposals # RRSSSN-2408. Reference number: 20029821. Construction start is scheduled for 2027. Further update in late fall/winter, 2025.
