Contract Administrator Rae Liu 2150 Webster Street, 04BHQ Oakland, CA 94612 Email: rae.liu@bart.gov Principal Administrative Analyst Grant Johnson 2150 Webster Street, 04BHQ Oakland, CA 94612 Email: gjohns3@bart.gov The services to be performed by the Contractor shall consist of services requested by the Project Manager including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Contractor shall provide production track surfacing machine ("Tamper"), capable of lifting, lining and tamping standard track and special trackwork. The Tamper shall be outfitted with fifty-six- and one-half inch (56 1/2") gage axles, and fit within the clearance envelope provided in Figure 29 Dynamic eBART On-Track Equipment Clearance Envelope and what is identified in (Attachment A-1), Minimum Equipment Requirements. 2. Contractor shall provide a Ballast Regulator capable of distributing, shaping shoulders and brooming ballast. The Ballast Regulator shall be outfitted with fifty-six and one-half inch (56 1/2 ") gage axles and fit within the clearance envelope provided in Figure 29 Dynamic eBART On-Track Equipment Clearance Envelope. 3. Contractor shall provide one (1) qualified Tamper operator, one (1) qualified Tamper Assistant/Ballast Regulator Operator to operate and maintain the Tamper and Ballast Regulator on the District's main revenue tracks and any other tracks requested by the Project Manager. The Contractor shall provide one (1) Project Manager to be the main point of contact for all administrative duties including meetings, pay applications invoices, reporting, etc o Contractor's Project Manager or representative shall attend regular monthly meetings scheduled by the District's Representative to discuss schedule, scope, invoicing and other topics related to this Agreement. 4. The District will provide storage tracks for the Tamper and Ballast Regulator at the eBART yard, in Antioch, CA, for up to two (2) months per year, at no cost to the Contractor. In the event the equipment exceeds this period without the approval of the District, the District will remove and store the equipment at the Contractor's cost. The Contractor shall allow the District to operate the equipment, at any time it is on District Property, to relocate it in the event equipment storage location is impacting District operational service.
