The City of Vancouver ("City") invites Tenders for the replacement of the boiler and related works at the Gresham Residences at 716 Smithe Street, Vancouver. The Work generally includes the design, furnishing and installation of all equipment and systems as required for a complete and fully functional system at the Gresham Residences, including but not limited to the following: Demolition and Removal of obsolete boiler and related works; Rigging; Installation of new equipment Installation of new and/or expanding existing concrete curbs and bases as required; Roofing and wall penetration repair and sealing; Temporary removing then repairing doors, walls, or roof sections for access as required; Installation of seismic restraints; Electrical power wring, disconnects, etc. for new equipment; Testing and Balancing; Equipment start-up and functional Commissioning; and Operator training.
