Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Design plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
As of October 22, 2025, the previous solicitation has been awarded. Per the owner, this project is in the design phase. Information regarding a timeline for bidding and construction has not been determined. ................................................. Proposed improvements will include signal upgrades and/or enhancements, fiber optic interconnect, traffic monitoring cameras, signal timing and optimization, system integration with the Citys Real-Time Transportation Intelligence Center (TIC), and sidewalk improvements as needed for ADA compliance. The project will be generally located along the South Broadway corridor, from Carroll Street to Marceau Street, a distance of approximately 6.10 miles. Additional improvements outside of the South Broadway corridor may be necessary to provide connectivity to the TIC and redundancy to the Citys fiber optic network. The City will require professional engineering services for both preliminary engineering and construction engineering; including, but not limited to, surveying and data collection; the preparation of right-of-way plans, the preparation of construction documents (plans, technical specifications, and construction cost estimates); attendance at various meetings and presentations, assist and provide supporting documentation for the Citys coordination with affected utilities; shop drawing review; consultant services for construction engineering (if needed); and post construction traffic reporting.
