A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is considered an important element of a Contractor's Good Faith Effort to maximize the utilization of M/WBE if M/WBE participation goals cannot be met. NOTE: Contractors who attended the pre-bid meeting for contract SP-121 are eligible to bid on this project without attending the pre-bid meeting. The proposed Work includes Replacement of curbs, sidewalk, and other incidental construction in the public right of related to the City's 50/50 Sidewalk Program. Repairs can be located in Wards 1, 5, and 6. Contract Time: 280 Working Days Schedule Related Liquidated Damages Per Day: $250.00 per day Project Contact Person, Email: Helen Bryant.
