THIS PROCUREMENT IS A SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE ACQUISITION The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, intends to award a Construction Contract for Project 657-25-104, Conduct 3-Year Electrical Test, Maintenance and Repairs Report, for the St Louis VA Health Care System, John Cochran and Jefferson Barracks Divisions, St Louis, MO. Proposals received in response to this solicitation will be in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101-2, Best Value Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Those offerors not providing the documentation outlined in the "Proposal Submittal Instructions", will be deemed non-responsive to the terms of the solicitation. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and testing necessary to perform work as required by the statement of work, drawings and specifications. Special Note regarding FAR 52.229-3: Federal, State and Local Taxes: Offerors are hereby notified that all state and local sales or use taxes for construction materials must be included in their bid or proposal price. It is solely the responsibility of the offeror to include all other applicable taxes in their bid or proposal price as well. See Bid Schedule for additional comments. Construction magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Period of performance is 365 calendar days. A single award will be made on Bid Item 1, based on availability of funding.
