Reference Number 0000282039 Question Acceptance Deadline 02-Dec-2024 05:00:00 PM EST Bid Intent Deadline 06-Dec-2024 12:00:00 PM EST This assignment is to retain two (2) service providers (prime & alternate) to perform engineering survey services over a 3 year period in the East Area of Eastern Region. The Ministry will be awarding Engineering Survey Retainer Agreements for three (3) separate Geographic Areas within Eastern Region, West Area under 4024-E-0017/0018, Central Area under 4024-E-0019/0020, East Area under 4024-E-0021/0022. Respondents expressing interest in any or all of these agreements will only be eligible for award of one (1) Primary Agreement Area and one (1) alternate agreement Area. NOTE: Proponents interested in all three agreements must upload into each of the 3 agreements posted (4024-E-0017, 4024-E-0019, 4024-E-0021) The Ministry anticipates that it will require the provision of technical services in the following geographic area: East Area being The Geographic Boundaries of this retainer area are The County of Lanark, United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, United Counties of Prescott and Russell, City of Ottawa, the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry and the easterly Townships of Renfrew County namely the Geographic Townships of Pembroke, Westmeath, Ross, Horton and McNab. Services required for Work Orders which geographically straddle two retainer areas will be procured through the retainer which has the majority of the work contained within it. The scope of work will include the performance of all work necessary or appropriate to deliver the individual Work Items requested by the Ministry throughout the term of the Retainer Assignment in conformance with the standards, criteria and requirements of the Technical Standards and Specifications. As well, when providing services under this Agreement, the Service Provider shall comply with all applicable legislation, regulatory standards, industry best management practices, and other guidelines and procedures relevant to conduct the work. The Service Provider shall also consult any existing applicable MTO guidance documents as appropriate. This assignment may include work that is in a French Language Services designated area. For each work item the Service Provider is to determine if French language services are required under the French Language Services Act. The Service Provider must comply with all provisions of the Act, including but not limited to Third Party Regulation 284/11.
