Reference Number 0000368404 Estimated Construction Cost: $1,312,813 Qualified contractors are invited to bid to replace and install the asphalt at Curtis and Champa Streets on the Auraria Campus, replacing these streets with new material to meet the 2 percent maximum grade that is permitted for ADA access. This project is to begin in the Spring of 2025. The work for this project will be completed in two phases, one after another: Phase 1 will be Curtis Street and Phase 2 will be Champa Street. Phase 1 will need to be complete, and Curtis Street re-opened before work can begin on Phase 2.
