Renovation of a mixed-use development in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Qualified general contractors are invited to bid the following scope of work to remove and replace the primary roof drain system on the Cherry Creek Building on the Auraria Higher Education (AHEC) campus. Scope includes removing and replacing the existing 22 roof drains and up to 10 feet of the roof drain primary leader as shown on the drawings. Drawings and Specifications for this project are by Davis/Jones Architecture dated 11/5/24.
